Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of single-service appointments. Appointments with multiple services or those requiring a deposit require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made outside these timeframes, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged 100% of the service fee, and deposits are non-refundable. This policy helps us respect the time of our guests and service providers.

Scheduling

We recommend scheduling future appointments while visiting the spa. If you are booking multiple services, our team is happy to assist in determining the best order and timing to ensure a seamless experience.

Cell Phones

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing environment, we ask that all cell phones be placed on silent while in the spa. This allows every guest to fully enjoy their experience.

Staff Selection

Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and service. Guests are welcome to work with different professionals within a service category. If you have a preferred therapist or would like to request someone specific, please let us know when booking your appointment. Online bookings include a request option next to each provider’s name.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, changing, and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in shortened services to accommodate other scheduled guests.

Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect your service. Massage clients must be past the 13th week of pregnancy. Sharing this information allows us to ensure your safety and comfort.

Children

For safety and comfort, children are not permitted in treatment areas unless they are receiving services. We kindly ask that children under the age of 10 do not attend appointments, helping us maintain a calm environment for all guests.
